Total ICF installation time was 35 days, saving 12 weeks of construction using ICF rather than traditional building methods. The total ICF square footage of the exterior walls was 10,508 with the ICF underslab at 15,000 sq ft and some ICF interior walls were also built.

The curved and angled architecture of the 34 foot tower was built in extreme winter conditions, with no two walls alike. In addition to accelerated construction, the ICF is also disaster and bullet-proof. The total design allows for seamless expansion and is completely wheelchair accessible throughout.
